Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 July 2026
These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Houston Consulting website and the consultancy services provided by Houston Consulting Ltd. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
About us
Houston Consulting Ltd ("Houston Consulting", "we", "us", "our") is a HubSpot consultancy based in the United Kingdom, providing HubSpot migration, build, optimisation, integration, and ongoing support services to businesses.
Our services
We provide consultancy services relating to the HubSpot platform. The specific scope, deliverables, timescales, and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, or written agreement between us. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement for a specific engagement, the signed agreement will take precedence.
Fees and payment
Fees for our services will be agreed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within the period specified on the invoice. We reserve the right to pause or suspend work where invoices remain unpaid beyond their due date.
Your responsibilities
To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
- provide timely access to the relevant systems, accounts, and information we reasonably require;
- ensure that any information you provide is accurate and complete;
- provide feedback and approvals in a reasonable timeframe; and
- maintain appropriate licences and subscriptions for any third-party platforms, including HubSpot.
Third-party platforms
Our services relate to HubSpot and may involve other third-party tools and integrations. We are an independent consultancy and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of HubSpot, Inc. Your use of HubSpot and any other third-party platform is subject to those providers' own terms and pricing, over which we have no control.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, illustrations, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Houston Consulting and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our permission. Ownership of deliverables produced during an engagement will be set out in the relevant agreement.
Confidentiality
We treat information about your business that you share with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver our services or as required by law. We expect the same treatment of any confidential information we share with you.
Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Houston Consulting will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Website use
This website is provided for general information about our services. While we aim to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no warranties that the content is complete, current, or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date, and will apply from the date they are published.
